How much does therapy cost?

My fee is $175 for individuals and $200 for a couples session. I do offer sliding scale, please reach out to discuss details!

Do you take insurance?

I am currently in-network with Highmark and other Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.

I am out-of-network with other insurances but can provide superbills for you to submit to your plan. I also partner with Thrizer, which makes getting reimbursed simple and hands off if you have out-of-network benefits. The exact cost to you after billing through insurance is determined by your insurance plan. I am happy to help you understand how this process works.

Can I use my HSA/FSA card?

Yes! This is a great way to pay for therapy.
