You may appear highly capable on the outside — managing work, relationships, parenting, responsibilities, and expectations — while privately feeling stuck, disconnected, uncertain, or emotionally alone.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still find themselves repeating painful relationship patterns, struggling to communicate what they need, or wondering why life does not feel the way they imagined it would.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, look more closely, and to begin understanding the patterns underneath the surface so that meaningful change becomes possible. Where are these patterns from, and how might you shift them, bit by bit?

Non-judgemental and authentically present. I pay close attention to the emotional truths that can be difficult to name and clients often tell me that our conversations stay with them long after session ends.

Therapy with me tends to feel active and collaborative. I ask questions, notice patterns, bring humor when appropriate, and gently help clients move toward the conversations and feelings they may have learned to avoid.
