I started my therapy practice because I love connecting with people and hearing their stories.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania with my MSW from Temple University. I provide virtual therapy to people near me in the Philadelphia and Swarthmore areas as well as Pittsburgh and throughout Pennsylvania.

In a previous life I worked in Harlem teaching little kids how to garden. Outside of therapy, I am still a gardener with three little boys - one human and two feline.

I work from a grounded place and am here to support you on your journey. I look forward to working with you.
