Individual Therapy
In talk therapy we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that you can have more ease in your everyday life. My approach to healing is attachment-based, creating a safe, close, and collaborative space where we can process trauma, emotional challenges, and life stressors.

In couples therapy, I help partners slow down enough to understand the emotional patterns they get trapped in together — the pursuing, withdrawing, resentment, defensiveness, loneliness, caretaking, or other dynamics underneath repetitive conflict.
Most couples are not lacking love. They are struggling to feel safe, understood, desired, prioritized, or emotionally reachable with one another.
Therapy can help create new ways of relating that feel more honest, connected, and sustainable.
