New Parenthood
Pregnancy and new parenthood can be very disorienting: we aren’t always prepared for how intensely our bodies, brains, identities, relationships, and priorities can be rewired.
The juxtapositions of love, anxiety, grief, rage, and vulnerability that can show up postpartum takes time and attention to process. I offer a space to make sense of it all: the parts that feel joyful, the parts that feel overwhelming, and the parts you may not feel comfortable saying out loud. Together we can make room for who you were, who you are becoming, and the complex reality of becoming a parent.
